More than a career in tech: turning experience into social impact
Patrícia works at the intersection of technology, education and inclusion. Recently she joined LuxProvide as the Head of Partnerships and Alliances. She is the Founder of GeekGirls, President of Women4Cyber Luxembourg, President of Club Gëlle Fra Soroptimist and has more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, programme leadership and diversity strategy.
Her work today is very much about creating opportunities for others - especially women, girls and underrepresented groups - to participate in digital and STEM fields with greater confidence, visibility and a sense of belonging. Through GeekGirls, she develops initiatives that connect education, technology and community and turn representation into real pathways for growth.
